Aspire X30 Rover Review

Reviews

You can never go to big when choosing your vape machine, but the X30 Rover has something more unique its still a box mod but a nice size. Made by Aspire you know that the quality is going to be good but were they able to achieve with the X30 Rover.

Packaging

The Aspire X30 Rover comes in the standard Aspire packaging which is a black compact box that you need to shake a little bit to get the lid off.  We would have liked to see a nice slide box, but they stuck to there sleek black box design. Inside the box you get the NX30 Mod, Nautilus X Tank, Replacement Pyrex Glass tube, USB Charger, Lanyard strap and the warranty cards/ user manual. The bad news inside the box this is the first time I have seen Aspire not include a spare coil, you only get one coil which is preinstalled within the tank.

Design

Mod

The NX30 Mod is a nice shaped mod which is small and square, it is 60mm height and 36mm Width. They offer you a choice of colours ranging from Blue, Red, Silver and Black which is a good range of colours to choose from. The button is a pleasure to use, easy to push and not to stiff yet not to sensitive it is the perfect size for your thumb. You can tell that the NX30 Mod is well made. Under the display you will see the plus and minus button to be able to adjust the power which goes to your tank. On the top of the mod you have two small holes which you can run through the Lanyard if you fancy having it around your neck.

Tank

The Nautilus X tank is the ideal mouth to lung tank, the drip tip is a nice size and not to wide and its always good when its plastic save you in case you smash your teeth on the metal drip tip. The air flow is on the top of the tank, which you can turn when holding the top part of the tank. I personally prefer the air flow open as you get a nicer and smoother draw. Filling the tank is nice and easy, all you must do is unscrew the top part and tilt the liquid to the side then screw the lid back on.

The Tank gives off great flavour and for a mouth to lung kit you also get decent amount of vapour.

Pros

  • Quick Charging
  • Compact Size
  • Easy to use
  • Free Lanyard
  • Long Lasting Battery
  • Adjustable Wattage

Cons

  • You do not get a free coil in the box
  • The drip tips are a push on style, harder to find different designs.

All together I think the X30 Rover is the ideal kit for beginner vapers.
