WHERE WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
The data that we collect from you may be transferred to and stored at a destination within the UK with a secure company 2dmedia. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing.

All information you provide to us is stored on 2dmedia secure servers. Any personal information and payment transactions are encrypted using SSL technology.  Payment details you provide will be encrypted (using secure sockets layer SSL technology) before they are submitted to us over the internet. All payments made on the website are made through our payment gateway provider, Sage Pay. You will be providing credit or debit card information directly to Sage Pay which operates a secure server to process payment details, encrypting your credit/debit card information and authorising payment. Information which you supply to Sage pay is not within our control and is subject to Sage Pay own privacy policy and terms and conditions.
Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.
Please note that your information is shared with Fogg Father Colleagues and third parties acting on behalf of Fogg Father for the purposes above. We may be obliged to share your information with Police, Government Agencies and Regulators.
